I love it here! I haven't had any problems with my three kids and all three are on the Honor Roll! Teachers are VERY good with getting the parents involved and keeping us informed!

New Egypt school district is good if your child is an athlete. Horrible if your child is smart and needs to be challenged. If you want your child to be successful outside of sports....stay away!

Average school telling us it is wonderful. The ratings are a true reflection of how the system is working. Serious considerations need to be made about education and whether the public system is the right one for your child in this township. The #s disturb me, we should be in the 90+% profile across the board. New yuppy town with new yuppy developments may add to the problem.

Find something you are good at or enjoy doing a lot, just one thing. You'll gain confidence and meet other kids that enjoy that activity too. Mine was singing in choir. I wasn't good at anything else but that built my confidence for other things... More »
