Our family has loved this excellent small school for many years-greta teachers, excellent academics in a warm and caring environment! Would highly rec.
This school has been fantastic for my children. My youngest has been going there since preschool and has been so happy and is learning so much in a wide range of subjects. He is so open to new ideas and excited about learning. Our older son attended public school for a while and he had such a negative experience there that he did not like school and was depressed. We changed him over to Country Day and he is like a new child in many ways. He has never been happier and is now excited about learning. We plan to keep both our children at Country Day all the way through the 8th grade.
I have one child already in the first grade at The Country day School and now i can't wait for my two year old to be potty trained so she can start in preschool. I didn't plan on my children going to a private school past preschool but now i plan to keep them here until the eight grade! The teachers and staff are freindly and excellent and children are able to work at their own pace and are seen as the individuals that they are.
Our son started at CDS when he was only 3. He is now in the fifth grade, and has really blossomed at this wonderful school! My son is still excited about learning, and I hope that will continue forever. He will stay at this school with its awesome teachers as long as he can, through the 8th grade.
