Privately owned, lower turnover of teachers, small and intimate. My son transferred to the school when he was 2. He was at a commercial daycare since he was 4 months old. He always had a problem with transition. By the 2nd day he was at Emerson he was happy to be dropped off. He doesn't fight me in the morning to go to school and see the animals they have in the field. Really patient staff with ALL children.

This is the school I would creat if I were designing a school - it has an incredible staff and caring, on site owners whose own children attend. Art, music, and fun are part of a great learning curriculum plus lots of outside play time in a great yard. Rescue animals fill the barn and the kids get to help feed them as well as help with projects in the garden. Fabulous all around!
