Participated in a recent Open House with my daughter and two grandchildren who are attending Heritage High. As a former teacher and government administrator, I was impressed with the involvement and friendliness of the teaching staff with students. Both my daughter and I have had excellent relationships with the counselors and we recently joined the PTSA at the school. Will keep you posted as to further progress in our relationship with this school.
I like this school but there isnt a really really good agriculture department. The transportation to the school is awsome...the bus driver keeps the kids under coltrol and the bus is always clean and we are always on time.
Administrative staff are functional. The teachers we have had the last two years have been great. They are all about learning and seem to enjoy their jobs. There are lots of extra programs for the students. Do not go here for the Band, you will not like your experience.
