I am on my last child of three to go thru this school and I could have not asked for better. My wife and I discussed Hamilton vs Holland Christian schools and we are so pleased with our choice of Hamilton.
I must say I disagree with the student below me. I also attended Hamilton, although only for one year I was there long enough to realize what a pathetic place it is. All of the students there have no idea what the the 'real' world is like. Most of them don't know anything else besides what lies within the boundaries of that town. They also refuse to accept anyone new that they havent know for years. The teachers,however, are wonderful people who really helped me succeed academicaly. The other students are extremely judgemental of anyone who isnt born and raised in the same town they were. I do not recommend sending your child to this school is they didn't attend junior high at Hamilton middle. The students are sheltered and rude.I can honestly say moving to a new school the following year was one of the best decisions of my life.
OK i read through these reviews and they all say that the students are rude and have cliques, All schools have these. Hamilton isnt any different. This school is an amazing school. I just graduated (class of 2008) and i had a baby my freshman year. I left my 2nd semester and came back the next year, i was accepted with open arms from everybody. INCLUDEING the 'preps' and the 'Jocks' and i never really hung out with them. Yes there are those few stuck ups but thats for every school. The education is also a plus. The teachers are dedicated to their students and care if the students are passing or not, if the student isnt they will help them understand. This is an amazing school district in general and your child would be lucky to be here.
