As a parent I am very happy that our district has a school like Dakota Ridge. It has made such a difference in my sons life. The staff is very understanding of his mental illness. They have helped him developed wonderful skills to make the most himself in life. The only problem that I have seen is that the school has no parent support group or PTO. I have tried several times to get one started but have not been successful.
