Great teacher-student relationships, involved parents.

I am really happy with this school in every area except for the dicipline. I think there needs to be more of it. It's really sad that the school is lacking there, because their teachers are great, and their reading and writing are also great. The school is pretty friendly, but could use some more parent envolvement. They have some, but more would help if they were asked.

My step son has adhd and behavioral problems. There was plenty of work to be done with his behavior. Being in kindergarden 2 years in a row for bad behavior you would think the teachers would give up. Instead they helped my husband and I help our son mentally and behaviorly. Caring teachers are what we have here. I went to this school corp. as a child and by far is the best around. Without the constant supervision and instruction who knows where my step son would be. My daughter also attends their preschool program, which is great. My play interactive games and activities, learn colors and take wonderful feilds trips. Parents are encouraged to join in on the fun whenever possible. My children will learn responsiblity and accountability from this school because of the high calibar of teachers.

I went to this school from preschool to 5th grade. The seven years I was there I have memories I will never forget. This school is the best elementary around. Take it from a former student, your son or daughter will love this school. The principal is a wonderful and caring lady. She visits the classrooms and interacts with the kids in games and field day. The teachers are the best! They care about every one of their students and help them with their needs. The parents always get detailed reports from teachers. They have boys and girls basketball, volleyball, track, and flag football. Also, if you get elected, you can be in Student Council. The parents can join a group called PTA, parent-teacher assc. to help raise money for the school. Overall, this school is a really great school. Your son or daughter will love it!

If parents are willing to drive the extra distance, why wouldn't they be allowed to choose? Every school is not a match for every child and parents know their children best ... More »

Definitely! I believe that families should be allowed to attend any school they want, because there are some who went to a good school and parents want what's best for their kids. Even education.

Families should be able to attend any school they wish.
