This school was the best until the board decided to close the school down dps backed down and let us close its all politics in the school buisness. You need to know someone to get what you want! they closed and our tesat scores were the best they could have ever been for the past 9 years. The staff was great and the principal was the best they ever had since keith young was there. I hope the very best to all the teachers and especially the students in the school....

This school is a great asset to our community and I think anyone looking at the past historical data that presents negative remarks should consider going out and touring this school to gain real knowledge of the program and offerings that are happening now. This school has changed so much during the past two years and is on its way to becoming one of the best schools in DPS.

This is my son's second year at DATA and we love it! He has homework everyday and he loves it. The Principal is going on his second year and is 'shaking things up.' He takes the time to get to know the students and their families. The parent involvement is 'HIGH' and the teachers set high expectations for their students. Excellent school.

Excellent school of choice! My child is one grade level ahead in his reading. He has been going there since kindergarten. The school has an enriching curriculum and challenges students based on their needs. If the teachers notice a student is advanced with their academics, they will work with your child and develop a supplemental curriculum for the student.
