This school has excellent kindergarten teachers who prepares beginning students for their next level.
This school is in need of an overhaul. The level of parent involvement in lacking. Students are not encouraged by the staff and there doesn't seem to be any tutorials available for students who need help. Education does not seems to be the emphasis at this school and the students are suffering because of this. I would not advise sendind children to this school and I am doing everything in my power to transfer my child to a school where education is emphasized rather than discipline. I observed disrespect of the children and a lack of control from the staff. Standarized test scores are very low and there doesn't seem to be progressive behavior patterns
This is my own personal experience with Baden. the quality of acedemics is okay, they have art and music, nothing spectacular. level of parent involvement ZERO. the school is a reflection of the people (principal, and staff) of who is operating it. the teachers use frequent profanity towards the student,the principal has no controll at all. It has been my experience that if you treat children like animals then they will act like animals. you only get out of anything in life what you put into it, meaning you treat these children like they are people, talk to them with respect and treat them with respect and stand firm on your standard you will have a respectful school, staff, and students and better parent involvement.
