Great school with teachers who go the extra mile and really care about the kids. We've had a great experience here and will miss it next year when our 8th grader moves on to high school.

I think the school has teachers that make learning fun, and I've had a lot of fun going there, and even the food is getting better throughout the years more things like salads and fresh veggies are showing up!

Wow! Very impressive school. WIthout hesitation I would recommend this school to any parent interested in seeing their child be incredibly academically prepared for high school. The staff hold students accountable for their actions and always expect them to be responsible and respectful. In 06, 07 and 08 they earned recognition from the surrounding communities for their rigorous curriculum and expectations that students get involved in giving back to the community. The staff (well there are about 2 staff members that are not at the top of their profession)truly takes the time to get to know each child. Administration is very strict but reasonable in enforcing the rules. They have set high expectations and want their students to proudly represent their school. While the building is on the older side, the staff and students continue to keep it fresh and appealing. Multiple parents have 'open-enrolled' their children at the school.
