Advent provides an exceptional learning environment with bright classrooms and teachers who encourage each child to learn and excel. The children grow academically and spiritually with a Christian education. The Parent Teacher League works together well, and the Principal has been a wonderful asset to the school. We are very pleased with our child's experience at Advent and would recommend any parent looking for a quality education for their child or children to come see what Advent has to offer.

For the first time in Advent Elementary's history, the school, church and child development center are working together. This is due to the new exceptional principal, pastor Paul Bickel. Pastor Bickel brings an impressive spiritual and academic resume to Advent. We appreciate his leadership, guidance and willingness to listen. Advent will continue to grow and strengthen under Pastor Bickel's direction.

Advent Lutheran has been a wonderful school for my child. We tried the public school system and had a terrible experience with bullying and other issues not being addressed. Advent is different. I have found the teachers and Pastor Bickel to be very responsive to any questions that I may have had. The Parent Teacher League which consists of all parents is consulted and provides input for the school. There are many opportunities to be involved from volunteering at library to hot lunch where you can see the children are learning and happy. We are not members of the congregation or Lutheran but our child has benefited greatly from a school that cares. Advent has been able to help my child excel academically. My child currently reads several levels above grade and is being taught from materials above grade level to continue advancement. My second child will begin kindergarten there.

I'm a proud parent of an Advent Lutheran Elementary student. My child has excelled academically and spiritually since we joined Advent. There is a strong Parent Teacher League that has open lines of communiation with the School, Church and Child Development Center. If anyone is interested in our School I would suggest they contact a parent. You don't need to be a member of the church congregation to be actively involved with your child's education.
