The academic quality here is superb-- the K-1 class learns cursive, addition and subtraction, and phonics-based reading that is well beyond what the local public schools offer. The children's behavior is very well monitored and it really is a family atmosphere. The only downside is that the administration can tend to "fly by the seat of their pants." All in all the school is an amazing bargain for private education.

I had two children go through Christ Lutheran. The teachers are excellent. The administration is caring. It is a family environment. The children come out head and shoulders above their peers when they go to other schools. The only thing I am disappointed with is that there is no middle school! Christ Lutheran is a small environment with very big results!

Dr. Gilmore and Ms. Johnson are the best thing the school has to offer. If they (the principle) understand that moving forward is not a bad thing this school would be a great learning environment. I felt that my child was in a loving envronment and I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the excellent teaching of the above mentioned teachers however the lack of progressivenss caused me to exit much sooner.

Initially when my child started here it was a very good school. The teachers are still greater, however administration now is lacking. They do not appear to truly be concerned about the students. They appear to only be focused on their visions. They must realize there is no vision without the children and parent participation.

By doing it in the funnest way possible,we have to make it exciting for them. Maybe reward them after they are done AND DID THERE BEST. Parents must be totally involved.

You shouldn't, have a study hall if they need help. When you learn you need a teacher, students can study on their own time.
