My daughter has attended NSA beginning with Early School 3 and is currently in Kindergarten. What a wonderful school. She is academically challenged and has school spirit that is truly mind blowing. I know many families who have children at all levels in the school. They love the academics, extra-curricular activities, caring faculty and staff, as well as the stellar reputation. Even though it costs more than some other local schools, I believe that I am getting what I pay for. Go Saints!

We have had absolutely wonderful teachers in our eight years at NSA, however my experiences with the upper level administration, and board of directors, has not been as good. Recently, it has been my experience that they are unwilling to listen to the concerns of the parents, elimintating the once great feeling of a team effort between the parents and the school. Many of my childrens' closest friends have left becaue of it. The academics are excellent, but there is far to great an emphasis on sports, to the exclusion of other extra- curricular programs. The tuition is very high for what is just a small rural school, and in an era where we are all making cutbacks in our own personal budgets, the school is not making the same responsible choices.

This is a great college preparatory school. Over 80% of the students play a sport and NSA also has a wonderful drama, art and music departments. The spring musical is always fantastic and the art department has made a name for itself in local art shows. The band has a concert, parade, and pep band.
Our son has discovered a love of learning at NSA. It is a safe and nurturing environment. He is fortunate to have kindergarden teachers with years of experience under their belts. School can be both fun and educational. So far it's be a very positive experience. It's pricey, maybe even overpriced, but it's a fantastic way to start out the elementary school experience. I rate it 4 out of 5 only because of the price.
