CCA is the best school. I love the one on one with the students. There is no more then about 18-20 kids in a class. Thats better for the children to learn. Our Principal is the best. He knows every kid by name. Thats just awesome. Our title 1 staff is the most caring set of teachers and parents I've known. My child started out there in k. and is going to finish there in 12th grade. Right now my child is in 5th grade.
I sent my child to this school for a half year and promptly took them out. I thought that private schools were supposed to have better teachers and better test scores than public schools. In this city, thats not the case. The athletic programs are also disgraceful.
I have two children who attend Crossroads Charter Academy, and we couldn't be more pleased with school. The attention to our specific needs is fantastic, and the teachers and staff all take prode in the work they do and the relationships they build. The teachers and principals are more to us than just teaching staff... they have become more like friends who really care about the education of our children.
I have been a parent at this school for 7 years and am very impressed by the teachers and the academics taught here. The small class sizes and extra help given where needed make it far superior to the other public schools in the area.
