The academic program is the best in the Northern KY region. Other schools, especially the private schools tout their test scores but fail to even credit Campbell County with its excellent special needs program. The academic team has not lost to any private school in the area in over a decade and some have never beaten the team. It is consistently ranked in the top of the state. Its dual credit program has advanced so fast past AP programs that anyone taking an AP course is really out of step. Like all public schools it does have issues but active awareness and hands on work by the staff does make a difference. I know for a fact that kids expelled or suspended from Campbell County now find a home in the private schools next door or up the road!

I agree with the last student on the fact that CAT scores are overkilled to make money. I am going into my sophmore year and i had some really great teachers. I love the school but safety is a small concern since stealing and fighting do occur.

The teachers are under paid forcing the better ones to have to leave the school and the students suffer severely because of this. They only care about CAT testing scores to get more money for the school. They need to focus more on the students rather than use them for money. The drop out rate has increased in the past year due to the lack of caring staff members.
