This school is great. These teachers at Cooke bend over backwards just about to help your child succeed. They have tutouring every Wedsnesday. I believe that has helped the students tremendously. The teachers are never too busy to talk to the parents about how their child is doing or if they need help with anything. I have had a teacher offer to send extra worksheets home to work on with my child. The teacher has let me borrow books to help my child practice reading at home. The principle seems to genuinely care about the kids. If one gets hurt she wants to know how they got hurt. She tries to speak to all of the kids on a daily basis. She asks them how they are doing. It will be a shame if they close this school.
