I graduated from FCHS last year. Coming to college and finding other people who went to private Christian Schools is easy but to find Christian Schools that excelled in all the areas of FCS I cannot find one. One of my friends heard about the school from a few of us and wished that he had the opportunities that FCS offers. The teachers and staff (even the janitors) are so nice and welcoming they allow for you to grow fully and in a loving christian environment!
I graduated from this high school a few years ago and I am extremely unprepared for college. I had a very poor educational experience at this high school and a bitter taste of Christianity.
FCS is a great school and I love attending at that school! Sure the school is strict, but that school is a great school with a lot of loving teachers. I go to my teachers with personal problems that I have, and they pray for me, and they help me and they even love me for who I am. This school does prepare us well for college, I don't care what you say. Parents who don't like the school should asl their kids what they think, and then make a review. You are right, this school isn't perfect, but it is very close!
The data supports the truth the FCS more than prepares students for college level work. The staff across the board is committed to teaching a Biblical Worldview and I find them dynamic, energetic and willing to absorb a less pay to teach important principles to our children.
