Two of my children attended this school and the quality of education could not have been better!

Both my children attended this school. The teachers were very good and the PTA tries real hard to involve the parents in as many activities as they wish to help out with. There is also an after school program which is helpful for those parents who work. There is a christmas shop and a mother's and father's day shop for the children to buy presents and they really do a great job and the children really like it.

They could be doing much more to earn money by collecting more then just BoxTops & Soup Labels. There are Capri Sun Drink Pouches, Used cell phones, laptops, empty ink/toner cartridges. They should look at TerraCycling.com What is PTA REALLY doing?

It is great to teach our kids to give to others-within limits. Support without demanding! I boycott school fundraisers; donate elsewhere to show real value in helping where needed.

From the asking perspective (such as schools asking students to donate to causes) frequent appeals for donations creates real problems for families who cannot afford to donate to every appeal or cause. Stop pressuring kids for money.
