Woodlynne school has been a great help in educating my daughter Jaritza...We have many teachers who are very very dedicated in helping the kids studying and making sure they get the education they need. Teachers there are very loving and respected for their work. They try to make sure the kids understand what they are teaching them and if they think that there is a student who needs help they will go out of their way to teaching these kids. I am proud of where my daughter is studying...She loves there and every morning looks forward to getting up and going to school she says Mommy I love my teachers they are great and they make sure I understand my work before I leave the school. My daughter now says she wants to be a teacher because of the positive energy she is getting at the woodlynne Elementary School
some of the kids that go to this school don't even live in this town,we've been complaining about it but their not doing anything,it would be nice if they check who really lives in this town and who don't,it's not a bad school but it does need more.....the school needs it's own library......
I believe that the school may be a little bit behind in the times but in due time if we the parents can put a little more effort and be more involved this school can really shine. More parents or guardians need to get more involved with academics by working with the kids and also with extracurricular activities and most important the PTA.
I really think this school is a behind the time. The board and superentendant are all very set in the ways of old and have no compassion for the way society has matured. If you can help it don't send your child to this school. they are all waiting for their pensions and do not care about the chldren at all. They are ruining our kids self esteem.
