I have a child that attended Woodlees for 5 years. I have rated as average because basically that is what education your child will receive. No college prep or advanced classes.Unfortunately, the tuition keeps rising but not the quality. Most of the teachers are good, but morale is very low because the school lacks good leadership. The school has no gym or a proper size cafeteria. Its unfortunate because if the administration would actually listen to parents the school would not loose so many students every year. Enrollment in upper grades is way down because the school is operated like a daycare.

Woodlee's is a wonderful, loving Christian School. I am very blessed to be able to have my child attend here. This is the first school he has attended that I have felt in my heart that the School's Administration cared for my child's education as much as I do. With open arms and hearts, they invited us in and have been very supportive in what is best for my child. My child experienced life changing moments throughout this past school year. To name a few, he met the Governor during their Praise Band Concert, played Basketball with some of the Harlem Globe Trotters, and attended a Christian Conference that helped him grow a stronger relationship with God. He was part of the school's Year Book Committee, Basketball Team and Track Team. Both teams did very well this season, bringing home trophies. He has built ever-lasting friendships in both students and staff.

I am an ex-parent of Woodlee's Christian Academy. I wish he was still there! I had to put my child in public school. I was very involved and got to know the staff and administration well, I have never experienced any one who loved my child as much as they did. They truly have the children's best interest at heart, Academically and Spiritually! I have read the other reviews on here and really think they are un-merited, some people just won't be happy where ever they go! I would never decide my child's education on someone elses opion, I encourage you to get in there get involed and see for yourself you will love the heart on these wonderful people! My child was not behind he was more than equipped acedemically. I'm so glad he got that spiritual amour as well, middle school is hard enough!!

I would not recommend this school to anybody. I was told before enrolling my child that they would always have something available to challange my child. Towards the middle of the school year, my child started getting bored. I started asking what could be done about this. Finally, at the end of the year, I was told that Woodlee's does not offer anything beyond the child staying on grade level. If your child is gifted, this is not the school for you. I was also told that they are 1 to 2 years above public school level, and have not found this to be the case. If anything, public is better because they at least offer quest. The administration is a joke. They promise a lot, but do not live up to it. There are many more problems, but I don't have the room to write them.
