I'm not sure if some of these parents are going to the same school but I think it's wonderful. They have enrichment opportunities for the advanced kids (my oldest was in their gifted program and participated with Odyssey) and they have programs to help the kids who are slightly behind (another of my daughters is in the program and has advanced greatly from where she was). The teachers, staff, and counselors do all the can to help the kids have a great experience. We're moving soon and I know we'll miss everyone there.

I have 3 children. One just graduated and then I have one in 2nd grade and one in kindergarten. I love this school. The teachers ,guidance counselors and all the other staff members are great. My daughter was taken out of her classes to go with the gifted program .So for people that are saying that this school is only given attention to the averaqge child-----That is not true. There are so many things going on in the school that is so great ,you just have to go and find out yourself. Its not going to come to you and be handed to you .

This school needs to pay more attention to the childs education and less attention on encouraging our children to turn on one another. Also they tend to separate the white kids from the diverse kids more quickly. They also need to get a more diverse teaching staff.

Their academic programs are pretty good, but they have very low expectations from the kids. The classes are also over crowded.

By doing it in the funnest way possible,we have to make it exciting for them. Maybe reward them after they are done AND DID THERE BEST. Parents must be totally involved.

You shouldn't, have a study hall if they need help. When you learn you need a teacher, students can study on their own time.
