I am so pleased to see all of the glowing reviews for SJS on this site. I to am a parent of children at this school. I travel halfway across the county each day to bring them here and it is well, well worth it. It's such a special place. Kids are allowed to be kids here. No pressure to grow up overnight. Academics are top notch and the kind, caring faculty is never more than a call away. Homework on weekends is not encouraged because spending time with your family IS encouraged. This school really has it all. The principal is phenomenal, parents are involved in a good way, teachers are top notch and caring...an all around wonderful environment.
I recently came back to SJS after a 3 year hiatus and can tell you that there is no better school anywhere!! The parents, teachers, principal and students are very involved in the school and it shows!
My son has begun his second year at St. Joseph's and I could not be happier. The staff are wonderful, loving and nurturing and the curriculum is geared towards learning and creativity equally. A great deal of parental participation is welcomed and encouraged. For the parent that wishes to be totally involved in your children's educational experience this school is perfect. The teachers are wonderful and I feel they are truly helping me to raise my son into the smart, loving and well rounded child I have always hoped for. I leave him in their capable hands every day and am comfortable and confident that both the school and I are committed to achieving the same goals for him. The aftercare program is very affordable and run by equally as loving and caring staff. I could not be happier!
I am the grandparent of 2 children in SJS. My family and I can not say enough good tings about this school and the people who run it. Wonderful place where your children will learn and grow in a loving, warm environment where they will never be bored.
