Excellent School where both my sons has a great experience. Smaller that other nearby Catholic schools, more friendly and family environment. Academics strong in Honors and AP, great sports school as well (unless you like soccer!)

Outstanding school! Sent both my sons there and it was the best money i ever spent. Everything the school has to offer is second to none. St. Joe's and IHA are by far the best two high schools, if not in NJ, definitely in Bergen County.

SJR is an outstanding academic school. The honors program is rigorous and prepares kids for application and success in top colleges. This is a school serious about it's students and their performance. Sports are high priority, but are not emphasized over academics. The annual play is directed and put on by broadway performers and directors and it shows. TV Station, clubs, sports, top academics make SJR an outstanding option for you student.

When my son announced his desire to attend Saint Joseph's Regional, we were quite pleased due to the extrodinary comments we had heard prior. After his first year, he had a new presence about him. He strove to be the best in whatever he did, and in every aspect of life. Saint Joseph's has had a tremendous impact on my son as well as our whole family. I believe it has set a moral, ethical and religious foundation that will accompany him throughout the rest of his life.

Our six-grader Daughter, enjoys the freedom of choice. We allow her to pick and choose as she makes good choices, she has demonstrated responsibility in her decisions. Making (Pizza) & Tomatoes) are Vegetables came from USDA. Freedom of Choice.

No. I prepare my son's lunch just about every day due to his special needs so I know what he is consuming both for him and his class. I want to be aware of all ingredients in all foods/drinks which he is consuming.

If it is to keep allergic kids safe, then no. A strict rule of no peanuts or pb&j should be enough. My child's school had a peanut free table for double insurance. If for "nutritional" reasons, then NO! Since when is pizza a veggie????... More »
