This is an excellent school! People who do not come here or who are here because they have to are the ones that make Bowie seem bad, however it is great. I take classes that require a lot of work done, that require a lot of my time, but that is totally worth it. It is a school that has a lot of spirit and support for the teams! Bowie that does not have as many violence and gangs as other schools and as other people think and make others believe. It is an awesome school and it is very beautiful too! It doesn't matter what people say I LOVE BOWIE HIGH SCHOOL!
Majority of the student population displays extreme lack of value for education, desire to learn English, self-discipline, desire to get a decent educaiton, ability to focus and work on daily assignments, goal setting to achieve academic success.
Bowie High School is probably fine for most of the students who attend there, but the school is not really exemplary. The students need accelerated learning opportunities which have not been available.
