My daughter attended school here from 1st-4th grade and loved it. Really great teachers, especially 3rd grade.
I felt the school was ok if your child 'fit in the box', but if a child had special needs it seemed like jumping through hoops to me. We were only in the school one year, so to be fair we only dealt with one Teacher and Principal. However I have older children and have dealt with many schools and Principals over the years and never did I feel so much like an outsider as I did in this school. The wedsite for the school says they average 18 children per class, but there were as many as 27 at one time and it was very cramped in the classroom which contributed to other problems. I came into this school very hopeful and left very discouraged for both myself and my child.
My son and daughter attended this school off and on from K-4th grade. It is an excellent school with awesome administration and staff. The teacher/student ratio is low enough where the children receive the individual attention they all deserve.
My son attended kindergarten and the teacher was extremely helpful. she communicated effectively and timely.
