I've been a student at Madison for a while, I went to Madison Elementary then ended up moving and coming back. It's been hard getting back into things there, but I've gotten help and some of the kids there are great. I'm glad I came back to Madison.

My daughter has attended Madison Schools all of her life, and we have been very pleased. The teachers are great, also are the extracurriculars. The academics are very important to the school, as are the athletics. Madison is very concerned about the wellbeing of the students, parents, and staff. I would strongly reccomend Madison Middle School to anyone loking to enroll their student into a brilliant school!

I like Madison school because it teaches well and they really work with your child. My son has been on the vip honor roll 3 times this year. When he was going to Adrian he wasn't getting those kinds of grades and his homework was dot to dot. Madison really challenges his mind and he loves it there. And they really seem to care and want to help your child. I wouldn't change it for anything. Madison has just helped my children tremendously and I thank them for that.

If you truly mean a shy kid who wants to be outgoing, then I would help them interact with one child at a time. If you are talking about an introverted child, refer to http://www.carlkingdom.com/10-myths-about-introverts

Find something you are good at or enjoy doing a lot, just one thing. You'll gain confidence and meet other kids that enjoy that activity too. Mine was singing in choir. I wasn't good at anything else but that built my confidence for other things... More »
