I graduated from Meadowbrook in 2000 within the top 5% of my class. I think that the HS really lacks a proper math program and the science tracks are lacking as well. I took all college prep classes receiving A's, yet upon going to college i found that i wasn't prepared in the least bit for either math or science. I believe that the administration should concentrate thier efforts on these problems, not petty ones such as tongue piercings, dyed hair, etc. First and foremost disciplining these children due to the idea that they are a 'distraction' is discrimination. The true distraction is found in the math and science program. Some people that i attended college with were doing the math i was doing in my advanced 12th grade class in 9th. These problems are serious and need addressed.

As a 2003 graduate, I would recommend this school to children because of the excellent teachers and coaches. Being involved in sports during high school was an excellent experience, especially if you're interested in Track or Cross Country.
