The school system is under par with many of the other school districts in Texas. Sure they alert you of a problem they might have, but once that concern is put aside they come up with something new. The way they handle things could be improved as anything they do is not wrong. They should definatly follow some of the T.E.A. guidelines. as they do not.
The attention given to the students at Dinsmore to help them excel is second to none. Every time I have had a concern or just a question the teachers and the principal always had time to speak with me. This school alerts you if there is a problem in any aspect so that the problem can be solved before it gets out of hand. Small classes make for more one on one time with the students. The teachers have many different ideas to make learning fun for the kids, which is awesome! Parents are welcome to come to the school and sit in with their child during class or to eat lunch with them. Bonuses are given for attendance and good grades, even good behavior. I really like this school.
