What a wonderful school for 5 and 6 year olds, they teach them so much and they keep the children interested in their work, my daughter loves this school, they are very active with the children, I am so happy that I enrolled my daughter in Rogers.

Both my son and daughter have attended JB Day, they come home happy and enjoy spending time with their friends and learning. My daughter is 2 1/2 and can already say her ABC's and count to11. She comes home singing songs and practices saying please and thank you which is reinforced at her school. The staff are awesome and I feel completely at ease knowing that my children are in their care.

I really like this schools academic programs. My son is reading and writing beyond his grade level and his teachers have been involved, communicative, and loving with him. Teachers model respect for the children and they love and respect the teachers. Rogers has a very active PTO, and tons of families turn out for the events. Ms. Migliaccio is the new principal now that Dr. Soranno has been promoted to the Jr. High and I must say, Rogers has never been better. She is full of energy and rather than pizza with the principal which I thought was rather boring and impersonal, she reads stories to the children, has lunch with them, and knows each one by name. It is a great way to get to know her students. The office staff is efficient and friendly and the security is great. You need a visitor badge to go anywhere!

The principal, Dr. K. Soranno, is dedicated to the education, care and well-being of all the students at REES and knows each of them by name. She hires well-skilled, quality teachers and assistants who have the same vision. The school environment is excellent. The teachers are personable, informative and caring of the needs of the students as well. The teachers and staff model respectful interaction with the students thus the students learn to respect their teachers, themselves and others. I am impressed that my kindergartener is reading, spelling and writing creative stories. I am confident that my daughter will be well prepared, academically, for 1st grade. I am concerned however that foreign language is not part of the curriculum. Overall, I am pleased with the academic progrss of my REES student.
