Absolutely hands down the best school in Long Beach! Wonderful teachers, staff, principal and parents. The parent involment is phenomenal! Never for a second do I doubt that this is the perfect place to be for my girls. So proud to be part of the Bixby family!

I moved from the East Coast to Long Beach 15 years ago. We didn't have kids then but I worked in the Bixby area and passed by the school quite often. The thing that caught my attention was the sign that said they were having a book author visit the school, I was impressed. Bixby has a strong dedication to helping the students succeed. My husband and I had private education so we were leary of public schools. Bixby is the best school ever and my kids are very smart as a result of the great teachers and staff at Bixby. They have always been pleasant and informative. Bixby Beavers are the best and that includes the Principal, Office Staff, Playground Staff, Teachers, and yes the PTA.

Great school. My daughter loves Bixby. Alot of parent/teacher interaction and they seem to genuinely care for my child.

A blog by nature is public territory. If you don't want something to be public knowledge, don't post it on the internet.
