The school has a well educated staff and small classes, which equals higher learning. There is one classroom per grade. Most classrooms have an average of 15-18 students. This year, the school added on more electives, for the students from the 6-8 grades to choose from. Examples: Mandarin Chinese, Fashion Design, Cartooning, Power Point, among others. The students are required to take the Terranova tests every year. I do know that the students, as a whole, score very high on this test. Whereas, the public school system scores below the 50% national average. Which is why I choose to send my child here.....

I've been going to St. Joes for 8 years now, and I'm going into 8th grade. The teachers are all great, and the classes are challenging in the good way. The extracurricular activitys are awesome, and there is alot of parent involvement. I love it!

My son has been in St. Joseph's for 3 years now and doing very well. He is getting a great foundation for the future of his education and is already having precedent set for the discipline it takes to go to a good high school and college. The children in the school are good and the teachers are great. In this day and age you can't put a price on the contentment of knowing you child is in a very secure and stable school environment.

My wife & I chose St. Joe's because we felt that our son would get not only a better education but a better start on being a good person in society. We feel that he is getting both 110%. St. Joe's had an impressive showing on the Terranova tests. In my son's first grade class alone there were 11 out of 15 kids that scored in the 90 percentile or better. Seven were in the 95 percentile! Pretty good! We are happy with St. Joe's completely. The parent involvment can't be beat!
