We love this school! Everything about it is great. Advanced curriculum, loving staff, small class sizes. I even peeked in on my daughters class once and saw her teacher give her a big hug and it made my day. You know your child is safe and well taken care of at this school.
WCS is a FABULOUS Christian school! The students are able to know one another- no matter what grade. The parents and staff work well together. The class size remains small (usually between 10-15 students). The teachers are extremely dedicated to the students and families. The school size has grown to about 90 kids- including 3 preschool classes (1 P-3 class and 2 P-4 classes). Our family is having to move away from Spokane and are VERY sad to leave Westgate. I would HIGHLY recommend this school for anyone looking for a Christian-based school. You will not be disappointed, in my opinion.
I love this school not only because of it's God based teaching and curriculum but most of all because each class only has no more than 14 children in it.
I have two sons, one is entering first grade and this will be his 3rd year at Westgate Christian school. I cannot begin to explain how this school has changed and matured my son. While in kindergarten he learned to read, write, do some math, and his social skills have sky rocketed. The individual attention that this wonderful school provides is phenomenal. My second son is just getting ready to start his first year there as a 3 yr old preschooler. I am completely confident in entrusting them with one of the most important things in my children's lives, their education. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school, and I would recommend it to everyone who values the importance of their children's education and development. Marcie Lund
