This was a terrible school. My kids hated it. The teachers were mean and shouted at my kids for no good reason. Once they shouted at my kid for saying dang.

This is a lovely school. The teachers are kind and genuine. My son was in third grade last year and was very happy.

I highly recommend Riverside School to anyone who wants their children to receive a high quality education along with a good sense of community responsibility. My Daughter has attended this school for the past 5 years and every year I am impressed with her performance as well as the level of attention she receives. The small class sizes, along with the passion for teaching the teachers have, create a wonderful learning environment.

If you are looking for a small, familylike atmosphere, Riverside might be the perfect place for your child. The attention my son has received for the past 2 years is truly remarkable. It is very obvious how much his teacher cares about him and how devoted she is to his and all her students academic needs. The one possible drawback is the mandatory 30 hours of volunteer work required by the parents. However, since the children benefit greatly from this, it is hardly a negative.

By doing it in the funnest way possible,we have to make it exciting for them. Maybe reward them after they are done AND DID THERE BEST. Parents must be totally involved.

You shouldn't, have a study hall if they need help. When you learn you need a teacher, students can study on their own time.
