Jefferson Elementary is a very proud school w/ wonderful teachers and staff. Parent voluteers are really important and help make this school an even better place for our children. I am very proud to be a Jefferson Elementary School parent.
My son is entering the 3rd grade in September-The teachers are remarkable! The students are an amazing group of kids. I can not comment on the parent envolement throughout the school, only for myself-I make it my job to know things concerning my son-and the falculty is absolutely supportive of that. The PAC committee is a great group of parents who do an incredable job. Hat's off to Jefferson!
My daughter has been in this school since preschool and I believe the teachers that we have had so far are remarkable. They currently have 2 principals that job share, but together they have a tremendous amount of experience. My daughter is now at the end of her first grade experience and has a love for school and learning, I believe that this has alot to do with the teachers. They communicate well with the parents, send home notices in a timely manner and try to get the community involved in activities.
