My child has excelled at this school and the changes are visible each day. The directory is caring and they children seem to all get a long with little teasing or bullying. The cultural diversity is very refreshing also.

Belmont had been part of our lives for the past 12 years. My oldest, who just turned 18 claims that Mrs. Swanson (Karen) at the South location, taught her to read over the summer, while my youngest has completely done a 360 over the past two years. She came from a private catholic pre-school not knowing much of her alphabet to reading (and LOVING IT) and getting almost 100% on every spelling test each week. My youngest also has changed from not wanting to go to school to etting upset with her father and me if she misses school when her older siblings are out. I recommend Belmont to thiose who want their children to get a good, solid, wholesome, hands on education. The Selken Family

I would recommend this school to any parent with young children. My child participated in the Pre K4 program and he is already on 1st grade level in reading. They are very concerned about your child's progress and they work with them extensively. I also like the fact that there the environment of students is multi-cultural. This is an excellent choice for kids age 2-8. The learning opportunites are endless. You definately get more than your money is worth.

This is a great school. Both of my sons (2 and 4) attend. The class size is kept small enough that the level of care is extremely personal - they know each child and try to work to help each child achieve his maximum potential. The Montessori method is beneficial to that end in that every child progesses at his own pace. MY 2-year-old works at a 3-year-old level. And, I have never, with an extensive background early childhood education, known a 4-year old who could knew loved 'geometric obects' or recognized a rectangular prism. Also, there is incredible diversity in the student population that is both refreshing and educational. My children are learning about different cultures and experiencing them through everyday contacts with their friends. The best part is that my sons are learning from an early age to see people, not color.
