Very poor teachers, ridiculous protocol, lots of bullying, very little learning-enrichment

I agree with the first review. Children are not pushed to excel, there are no programs for gifted children and my student who rates above grade level was in a reading group with much slower students. For parents with children who are challenged or behind in grade level there are limitless resources. I suppose its because of all the federal and state moneys for these programs. Most of the teachers are dedicated. The principal is very involved and did listen to my concerns. Many people in this cimmunity homeschool their more advanced children.

My child had difficulty at this school. They do not encourage gifted or even slightly advanced children to excel, instead having them wait for the slower students before moving on. She was nto allowed to work ahead or learn at an accelerated rate. For slower students this would be a fine school as there are many resources for challenged students. If your child wants to learn at an accelerated rate, I wouldn't recommend it.

A blog by nature is public territory. If you don't want something to be public knowledge, don't post it on the internet.
