Tonda Elementary School

We are very pleased with Tonda and are happy to send our children there. The office staff, teachers, lunchroom ladies, specials teachers, custodians, everyone are very concerned for the welfare of the students. The facility is in wonderful shape and well maintained. The principal knows many, many, if not all the children by face and name. He makes a real effort to be present in the daily routine...not just the hammer in discipline...a trusted adult. I do think the school could be a bit more aggressive with problem students, and could be firmer with the sick policy these are my only complaint and concerns.

I have to agree that Tonda is amazing school. They have great support system for children who need more help. They work with parents and provide support as much as necessary. It is amazing to get such high quality from public school.

Tonda is an exceptional elementary school. The high quality staff under superb leadership deliver the best education. Our daughter started middle school very well prepared. Thank You Tonda Staff, Kim & Gary Stanton
