Several of my co-workers and I absolutley dislike the Bracktown Academy Learning Center. We all had our children there and were very disappointed. The teachers as well as the administrative office were absolutely terrible. My son was 1 yr old when he attended there. Several times, he ended up with diaper rash, because he was not properly wiped. A numeras times, I notice several children in his classroom walking around with dirty noses, because the teachers would not clean them up. Several times, I had to approach the administrative staff about my concerns. However, each and everytime I would approach the staff, the staff would make me feel as if it was me with the problem and not them. It wasn't until I started speacking with my co-workeres that I realized we all fealt the same way about the staff at the Bracktown Academy Learning Center. Therefore, we don't recommend it.
My daughter and I absolutely love Bracktown Academy Learning Center! The teachers are wonderful and work well with the children. Every person in the building knows my daughter's name and greet her each morning and afternoon. They work with her on development and are the most encouraging group of people! The video surveillance is wonderful too!
