Pima parent, I want to start off by stating that I have waiting some time to write this review. Since August 2010 I have noticed GREAT changes in the elementary school. It feels like my child is really get prepared for high stakes testing and AIMS. The school has received excellent labels from the state that they have never received. After talking to a teacher about the curriculum and then another teacher they responses went hand in hand (GREAT JOB) I am excited to put my child in kinder next year and see her results as she completes 6th grade years down the rode. GREAT JOB PIMA Elementary School

Pima School recently earned a high B grade and Highly Performing label from 2010/11 state testing results. Credit the staff and administration for working together along with parents and students! Pima is a school on the rise!

Do not enroll here. This is the worst school I have ever had my son in. My child would run to the car crying after dropping him off. The staff was very rude with me and not at all helpfull. I pulled him out after 2 weeks here.

The quality of the programs are impressive and the curriculum seems standard. But, I have seen too many children on the playground go unsupervised and my own child has been bullied to the point I have had to make several appointments to try and eliminate her fear of going to school and she is only in Kindergarden?

If parents are willing to drive the extra distance, why wouldn't they be allowed to choose? Every school is not a match for every child and parents know their children best ... More »

Definitely! I believe that families should be allowed to attend any school they want, because there are some who went to a good school and parents want what's best for their kids. Even education.
