I have had children in Daughtry since the school opened - Mrs Barlow is the best principal, she is a very caring person with great morals and leadership ability. We have had great teachers - and the ladies in the office are all very nice and professional.
My daughter is in the 4th grade and this is her 3rd year at Daughtry. I have been very impressed with both the teachers and administration at this school. I have found the teachers as well as the principal to be very approachable. The afterschool program here is wonderful also. They help with homework when necessary and ensure that it is completed before other activities are allowed. The school also provides volunteer opportunities for parents who wish to stay involved. Both my daughter and I have been very pleased with Daughtry Elementary.
i think your school is a wonderful place to send a child to learn and to have fun. the teachers are wonderful teachers. thanks terisa davis
I concur with this evaluation. We removing my grandson and home schooling next year. There are a few outstanding teachers, Ms Jones, Ms. Brooks, and MS. Anderson, but they are hampered by very poor leadership.
