I'm a student at St. Joseph, and I love it. Although it is often challenging, I find that I am ahead of other schools in the area. We are use an 8th grade book for Literature, and for social studies. We are working above the state standards. Our school uses a higher grading scale: to get an A, we need a 96 percent of higher, and an F is 65%. Our sports program is awesome. I particpate in cross country, soccer, and I will be starting track this spring. The school's program also includes football, cheerleading, wrestling, and basketball. We also offer band and choir. Other students who went to our school go to high school and find it easy. St. Joseph's school is a great place to go and I'm proud to be a student here.

This school is excellent! I am in the 6th grade and have been there since Kindergarten. All of the teachers are understanding and always help when I don't get something. They always know when we are bored, and so they try to make things more interesting by playing games or talking about their favorite football team. For example, we are reading Old Yeller in reading class. One of my clasmates made a bet with my teacher that he would get 100 percent on a paper. Of course, he lost. But, we have soccer, basketball, cross country, track, football, band, choir, student concil, science club, a computer lab with 24 iMacs, 24 apple laptops, 2 rooms with power point, music, art, gym, science fair, pep rallys, and more. I have learned much more than friends at public schools and am proud to be a St Joseph Lion!

I went ther all 9 years and thought it was a good school. The curriculum was challangeing but not to the point where a kid would want to give up. It prepers you for highschool better than most public schools would. I highly rocomend this school to anyone old & young.

My son is a seventh grader at St. Joseph School. This is his second year there. The school seems to excel academically over other schools. The children are encouraged by each and every teacher to reach their fullest potential. If anyone is planning on putting their child in St. Joseph School, your child will get a better education than you can imagine. The principal is a tremendous 'leader' and 'role model' for our children. Our children look up to him. There are no 'favorites'. The principal and teachers, alike, seem to genuinely care for the kids. I can't wait for my, soon-to-be, 5-year-old to start kindergarten in the fall. I don't think my children could get a better education anywhere else.
