Pghs does not have many classes and electives to choose from, and is difficult to fit in because everyone grew up together. And some classes and teacher are not so good, but if attend try to get one of these great teachers: mr.Bliss, mr.Powers, mr.Grate,ms.Schue, mrs.Buller, and mrs.Pratt. Their the best teachers there!

The academic programs at Pacific Grove High are one of the top programs in the area, but they still could be better. There are a good amount of competitent teachers, but some essential programs are greatly lacking in Teacher quality, but they are sufficient. Sports are excellent in the school, with a majority of students in the school participating in one or more sport. Excellent football and basketball programs, always top in league. Great enviroment, open campus, polite students and friendly teachers and administrators. The campus is excellent

Academic program is good, but could be stronger. School needs greater focus on college prep. More AP courses are desirable. Higher academic expectations should be set for students. Music and sports programs are excellent, and parents seem involved.
