My 14 year old son has been a student at thompson ranch just this year. I have experienced a extreme let down involving the staff up to and including the principal and assist. pricipal. The student body is out of control, and several of the teachers that we have delt with are not only unprofessional, but also unaccountable for their inappropriate behavior. How do they expect to teach our children morals and ethics when they themselves possess none of these characteristics.

The school does a poor job of informing parents of students grades as the year progress which tends to degrade a parent's ability to properly assist in the education process. Other schools allow parents to go online to view grades and/or progress. My children complain that some of the students do not speak English in their class. 6th grade course work appears to be 1 - 2 grades behind because the kids cannot keep up. I will be pulling my kids at the end of the year.

This is a school that has a wonderful staff that is very responsive to parents needs. My child's teacher goes out of her way to meet the needs of all of the students in the classroom. I am very happy with Thompson Ranch
