I am a graduate of Chesterton High School and have had three children graduate from CHS.. CHS is not the same school that I attended but lets look at the reason why. When I was in school the parents supported the school, and the expectation was that you attended school to get an education. This is not the case anymore. Too many parents are critical of the schools because they are afraid to admit their own shortcomings as parents. CHS offers programs for every child. If your child cannot find his niche at CHS it is because he/she isn't looking and or they are not encouraged to do so by their parents. Oh, my oldest graduated from college recently and is now teaching. He will tell you that he was more prepared for college than 90% of his classmates in college. The same is true of my two other children in college. Great job CHS!

Chesterton has one of the bext curriculums, not to mention a staff that is second to none.
