We have had our son there for 3 years. First starting in preschool then now he is first grade. It is a joy to watch him develope and his teachers care and so do the other staff members. It is a joy to watch the kids pray with the staff during the week. He is on track with the public schools education and does not have the hassle of the bullying that often takes place in public schools.

My children went to Atonement Lutheran School, and enjoyed it. We loved the Christian education they received and the school's academic standards as well. I believe the principal and teachers really do care about the individuals who go to the school, and it certainly shows. THANKS for being a beacon of light in this world!

I have two children that have attended Atonement for the past two years. The preschool teachers, program, and overall environment is wonderful. The elementary program is nurturing as well, but also challenging and exciting for the students. My kids love being there, and I love that the staff is so visible and friendly.

We test kids at the end of the year and beginning. Kids that don't keep up during the summer take a giant step backwards. If our kids do complain about homework, we ask them,"Do you want to work for a company, or own the company?"

No. Let the children have a break. Let their minds focus on being children. They'll have plenty of homework when they go back to school. I would not even consider enforceing summer homework for my children. They need stress free playtime.

Yes. Of course summer is for fun however they can take a brake from homework 2 weeks or so, not the whole summer. If you teach a child the importance of learing they will enjoy the homework even in the summer.
