The teachers at Schroeder Elementary are absolutely wonderful and caring. The teaching at this school is at par with private schools. They provide a safe environment for the children to learn and grow.
My son attended kindergarten at Schroeder this past year (08-09). It was a wonderful experience. Despite some personal challenges, he was able to thrive in the classroom with the dedicated support of his teacher. The school is committed to a solid curriculum while challenging students at an appropriate comfort level.
Both our girls have attended Schroeder. Mrs. Kress in Kindergarten and Mrs. Moutrie in 1st grade were exceptional. Mrs. Kress provided extra work when our daughter was getting bored (she wanted to be like her sister in 1st grade with homework). Great learning environment, clean school with many other parents that care and are involved. Eric Beeman
Exceptional good for learning that the world isn't all white and that the world doesn't only speak English. Outstanding teaching and leadership with more parent envolvement than I've ever seen.
