The Alternative Program at this school is outstanding! My child has always enjoyed school but she absolutely loves it. I should have enrolled her to the program since Kindergarten since she loves it so much! The parent and child classroom interaction is great! As far as a couple comments below...it's the budget cuts that has impacted all our California schools, not just this one.

The alternative program at Bel Aire is great. The teachers and parents have been very friendly and my daughter loves it.

Its standards a far below average and rated pretty low. So far her teachers have been oustanding. This year I found out that this school doesn't have any kind of holiday programs that requires the kids to act in plays, sing etc. When I found out that my daughters teacher puts on her own program and that she paid for decorations and made the costumes herself had to have it in her class room just to give kids some experience. This school used to have christmas programs for all the grades but not since the new principle came two years ago. I have tried to get more information on this but just get more upset to I rather transfer my child to a school that knows the importance teaching children to preform, speak to crowds of people. Instead of causing trouble making waves etc.

A blog by nature is public territory. If you don't want something to be public knowledge, don't post it on the internet.
