I graduated from CCHS and I can honestly say that it is a warm and caring environment to learn in. The teachers are great and really care about the students and they prepare you for college. It is an extremely safe place for kids to go to school and learn. In my graduating class we had a total of over 1.2 million dollars received in scholarships. There is usually about 700-800 students from grades 9-12. A great high school!

I graduated from CCHS and I now unfortunately for my children live in another state. This shcool has probably the best teachers there are. I wish all schools had teachers that cared as much.

Chilton County High is the most outstanding school in Clanton, Al. I have been to different schools in this location and i will never go back. Our principal has been a great teacher to me and has helped me tramendously this year. I can't wait for my future years at Chilton County High School.

You get what your tax dollars pay for! Excellent school for the money in my opinion.

Check to see if students with disabilities are a priority because otherwise the state doesn't pay for that child to go to School if they don't have a disability your child has to be put on a waiting list for pre-k! if their not

1.Go on a tour of a school tour 2. Talk to the director (and the teacher your child will have) about what the students day like. 3. Watch school in session 4. Look out for red flags: neglected children at play, lazy, non engaging teachers
