We love Ashley Elementary. Both of my children have gone to school, and we have been very pleased with the quality education they have received. The school still offers all of the specials that each child needs during their elementary education. Keep up the good work!

My son attends this school in a scaled class because I managed to pass on my ADHD to him. I've been very pleased. The teacher is excellent with him, and he actually seems to be learning as opposed to his previous school that sent him home more often than not. Since he was transferred about two years ago, he has not been sent home for bad behavior. If you have a child that has issues with ADHD, I can't recommend this school enough. The staff here is great and friendly, as opposed to his previous school.

My niece attends and she tells me all about her teacher and how much she loves school.

My son has special needs and uses a wheelchair & walker at school. All the staff has gone above and beyond to meet his needs. I am extremely impressed and very happy.

No. I have heard of teachers setting up FB pages on areas of study so students can use technology as a learning tool. All posts are public and private messages are disabled. I won't even friend former students. I do it as a rule-no hurt feelings.

No! As an educator, I don't want to be held responsible for what students are doing outside of the classroom.

Absolutely not. Most schools offer the homework question site through the school system. They do not need to be "friends" with their students through social networking sites.
