This is a diverse school of regular, gifted, artists and jrotc that are enjoying their associations, as they learn together with FIRE. focus, interest, respect and education.

The Academy is awesome at Auburn High School. Auburn does offer great classes and has very well-rounded athletic teams. There has always been some behavior problems but honestly what high school does not? It really is a wonderful school and the teachers that I have had already (I am only a freshman) are fantastic. The regular program I am sure is great also. Auburn houses not only the Academy but also CAPA (creative and performing arts) and ROTC.

As a student in the Academy program (Academic Gifted Program) for 12 years, four of which were spent at Auburn, I can speak to the many ways that the education has prepared me well throughout my time as an undergraduate student. The teachers stimulate critical thinking, not just regurgitating material, and I had a wonderful experience. The diversity of the school is a definite plus, though the location does cause some safety concerns. At Auburn, a student will undoubtedly learn as much outside of the classroom as in it.

By doing it in the funnest way possible,we have to make it exciting for them. Maybe reward them after they are done AND DID THERE BEST. Parents must be totally involved.

You shouldn't, have a study hall if they need help. When you learn you need a teacher, students can study on their own time.
